Broccoli in Sesame Sauce
A quick and easy dish that is brimming with nutrition and flavour.
2 lb Broccoli trimmed
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1tsp Honey
2tbsp Sesame Oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds; Toasted
6 Lettuce
Chop broccoli into florets and steam for 3-4 minutes, until just tender and crunchy in the middle.

Mix remaining ingredients in a large a bowl. Add broccoli and marinate for 1/2hr-1hr.

Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce with rice or rice noodles.
