Thank you for your interest in natural nutrition. I am a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and a member of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC).
I understand that everyones nutritional needs are unique and in my consulting practice I deal with each person individually, offering personalized recommendations to address their specific imbalances. I am truly passionate about my work and am committed to helping others achieve optimal health.

Mainstream medicine often neglects to teach us that poor nutrition is the major cause of a wide range of health problems. Nutritional Consultants are able to identify and help correct the nutritional causes of diseases, and imbalances within the body.
Personalized diet and lifestyle programs can be designed that will not only address nutrition, but also looks at your lifestyle, exercise, emotional well-being and stress management. We will work together to optimize your health and well-being, and prevent future health problems.
My approach is based on a nutritious natural foods diet, along with vitamin/mineral supplementation if needed. I believe in the consumption of the most nutrient dense foods available, to help the body naturally balance and heal itself.
